Q.1.2) The main purpose of social capital is about specified benefits that are achieved from the use of social networks such as Twitter. The digital divide impacts on social capital in many ways. Developing countries vs developed countries rather. Developed countries have a majority of people who are educated and skilled therefore digital equipment and software will be introduced to these countries as they have the money as well as qualified people to introduce them and use these utilities in their countries. This in turn results in people from developed countries being more developed in a sense of which they can only access the new type of technology where else developing countries will have to do with old technology and be years behind against developed countries hence limiting their peoples opportunity.  (IIE,2016:25)
